Working as a global lead she has promoted insurance sector liberalization, asset liability management, supervisory and regulatory technology, risk-based approach for supervisors and market players, supervisory tools for consumer protection, inclusive insurance, motor third party insurance, bancassurance and restructuring distribution channels.

While at LPC, he developed and launched Reuters’first fee-generating internet platform for analyzing and delivering loan and high yield marketnews and data, and also started the first loan market pricing service. Jérôme represents Swiss Re in the Global Asia Insurance Partnership (GAIP) in Singapore as a Board member.

Andrew is Head of Portfolio Management and Chair of the Asset Allocation Committee for European client portfolios within Mercer investment solutions. He is responsible for decision-making on approximately $100bn of assets under delegated management across fixed income, equity and multi-asset portfolios. Andrew also leads the Global Fixed Income Investment Team. He specialises in asset allocation, portfolio construction and manager selection. Prior to joining the investment solutions business, Andrew was a consultant in the fixed income manager research team. Andrew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds the investment management certificate (IMC). He graduated with a first class honours degree in Business Administration from University of Bath.
