Tobias Winter, is a CFA-Charterholder and Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Equity at Austrian-based UNIQA Insurance Group. The core of the Private Equity program focuses on mid-market and upper mid-market buyout managers. In the past, Tobias held multiple responsibilities across different asset classes incl. cash equities and fixed income. Prior to joining UNIQA, he was working in investment banking for institutions in Germany and Austria

Saoirse Jones
Transformation Manager, Zurich Insurance Company
Saoirse Jones is Head of Insurance Development Forum Engagement at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, leading their engagement with the Insurance Development Forum, an industry-led public-private partnership focused on improving global risk understanding to create resilience platforms for sustainable growth and human dignity. She is also Co-Chair of WIN Switzerland, Zurich’s Employee Resource Group which promotes gender equality within the company and creates an environment for all employees to be their best in the workplace. In addition, Saoirse is Chair of the Board Investment Committee of NEST, a Swiss pension foundation and pioneer for ethical-ecological investments in occupational pensions. Saoirse brings with her over 20yrs experience in business, with a deep and broad knowledge of investment management complemented by organizational change management knowhow. Prior to her current role at Zurich, Saoirse was Transformation Manager, leading strategic change management initiatives, developing and implementing creative, innovative solutions through facilitation, consultation, and collaboration. Saoirse was also Regional Chief Investment Officer where she developed, implemented and managed investment strategies of multiple countries. This included designing holistic investment strategy & governance processes for newly established businesses. Saoirse holds a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and is also a CFA Charterholder.

Patrick Saner
Head of Macro Strategy, Swiss Re
Patrick Saner is Head Macro Strategy at the Swiss Re Institute. In this role, he covers global macroeconomic, interest rates and political developments. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he worked at the World Bank, the Swiss National Bank and UBS. Patrick holds a Masters in economics and finance and is a CFA charter holder.

Fiona Gillespie

Fiona Gillespie is a Senior Investment Manager on the Multi-Asset Team. Fiona joined Aberdeen via the acquisition of Edinburgh Fund Managers in 2003 as an investment manager on various teams within the investment department, including the Japanese, European and Global teams. Fiona joined Edinburgh Fund Managers in 1993. Fiona graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Napier University, Edinburgh and a Diploma in Investment Analysis from the University of Stirling. Fiona is an Associate member of the UK Society for Investment Professionals.

Ed Collinge
Global Head of Insurance Strategy, Robeco
Ed Collinge is Global Head of Insurance Strategy at Robeco. He works with client and product teams around the world to meet the specific needs of the insurance segment. Before he joined Robeco in 2018, Ed led the European insurance team of Invesco in London. Prior to this, he was responsible for insurance coverage of the UK, Ireland, Nordics and South Africa at JP Morgan. Other previous roles include Head of Capital Management, Annuities at Legal & General, and a Director in the Insurance Capital Markets team at Lehman Brothers. He started his career in 1999. Ed holds a Master’s in Mathematics from the University of York and he is a fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.

Dominic Maier
Partner – Head of Fund Investing, AXA Venture Partners
Dominic joined AVP in 2017, focuses on fund investing. Prior to AVP, Dominic was a Vice President at Adams Street Partners in the Global Primary Investment team. Dominic gained experience evaluating funds ranging from technology and life sciences venture capital, growth capital and buyout funds, as well as monitoring investments as a member of Advisory Boards. Before that, Dominic worked at EY in their Financial Services Business Modelling team. Dominic is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He holds a First Class degree in Accounting, Auditing & Finance from Lancaster University Management School.

Catharina Richter

Catharina is a fully qualified lawyer with more than 20 years of business experience in the financial industry, covering Insurance, Services and Asset Management. Her core areas of expertise are strategic advice to top management in the fields of regulatory change management, product and business concept development with strong distribution focus and restructuring project management. In her current role in Global Sustainability in Allianz SE, she is responsible for implementation of upcoming sustainable finance regulation across all affected functions and lines of business, leveraging it to steer the Group’s business activities in line with its sustainability ambition.
