Tobias Herwig

Tobias Herwig is the Chief Risk Officer at Swiss Life Re. He started his career with an apprenticeship as a banker, followed by a degree in business administration with a focus on finance and accounting at the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt. He then did his doctorate there at the Graduate School “Finance and Monetary Economics” and studied “Mathematical Finance” in England at the University of Oxford. Born in Göttingen, he completed his studies with a Master of Science degree and has since worked for Allianz and Swiss Life.

In his current role he is responsible for the ESG strategy in P/C Business (Property and Casualty) of Allianz and steering the global Risk Consulting Liability team. The mission is to support Underwriting Liability, PI and Cyber Financial Lines, Liability Aviation and Claims teams with our risk engineering expertise, to optimize risk selection, to improve client’s risk management performance and to build sustainable customer relations and services.

Kevin Petrovcik is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager for Invesco’s Global Senior Loan group. Heis responsible for the ongoing product development, structuring and marketing of investmentfunds for senior loans and alternative credit products.Mr. Petrovcik joined Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. in 1999 to establish its productmanagement initiative and launch the organization’s first collateralized loan obligation.Previously, Mr. Petrovcik was director of Loan Pricing Corporation’s (Thomson Reuters LPC's)public data group, responsible for Reuters’ loan and high yield market commentary andanalytics, LPC’s flagship Gold Sheets publication, and the development of web-based loan andbond market analytical and research tools. While at LPC, he developed and launched Reuters’first fee-generating internet platform for analyzing and delivering loan and high yield marketnews and data, and also started the first loan market pricing service. Prior to that, Mr.Petrovcik worked at Bankers Trust Company in the management consulting group, where heimplemented a variety of risk control and strategic management projects, and in SalomonBrothers Inc.’s business planning department. Mr. Petrovcik began his career in 1988 as acorporate credit analyst with The First National Bank of Chicago, where he completed thecompany's credit analyst and credit officer training programs.

Greg is a specialist in applied behavioural finance, impact investing, and financial wellbeing. He founded the banking world’s first behavioural finance team at Barclays in 2006, which he led for a decade. In 2017 he joined Oxford Risk to lead the development of behavioural software to help people make the best possible financial decisions.Greg holds a PhD in Behavioural Decision Theory from Cambridge; has held academic affiliations at UCL, Imperial, and Oxford; and is author of Behavioral Investment Management.

Esty Dwek is an Investment Specialist based in Geneva, Switzerland, focusing on investment solutions across multiple asset classes offered by Natixis Investment Managers as well as on macroeconomic and market views.She has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry.Before joining Natixis Investment Managers, Esty Dwek was a global strategist within the emerging markets team at Loomis, Sayles & Company, where her responsibilities included developing global macroeconomic and asset class views, as well as asset allocation ideas. She began her investment industry career in 2006 at HSBC Private Bank where she worked in Geneva, New York and Singapore and spent her last 6 years there as an investment strategist in London.Esty Dwek holds a BA in Political Science from Princeton University.

Emily graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree Economics.
